Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s movement poses an uneasy problem, a problem both spiritual and political, an ongoing challenge for individuals of all races and for cities, including Dallas.  Expanding upon the recent Big D Reads initiative focusing on our city’s racial history, the Dallas Institute’s MLK Symposium considers new ways to engage Dr. King’s enduring challenge today.
