We will gather to discuss Jim Schutze’s The Accommodation. This important book is featured as the 2022 Big D Reads book of the year and is being read across the city of Dallas in Fall 2022. Schutze’s work chronicles some trying periods in the racial history of Dallas, Texas. Of particular interest is how the city can go forward into a better future, recognizing, grappling with, and transcending its wrenching past.

This event is a discussion based on the book, so remember to read the book before you come!
