Through a lecture, seminars, journals, discussions and a film, this learning retreat is designed to provide education leaders with an opportunity to think deeply about—and to reimagine, in human terms—the challenges and the art of shepherding disparate voices toward common ground. The Superintendents Symposium is provided by the Dallas Institute free of charge and includes dinner on Thursday, breakfast, lunch, snacks, books and materials and instruction.

Superintendents are encouraged to invite key administrators from their districts to accompany them to the Symposium.
