Harmonic Breathwork with Jane Baldwin
“Breathing is the essence of life. Jane Baldwin’s Harmonic Breathing is a direct experience of that essence. An absolute must for those who love feeling connected to life. An absolute remedy for those who have lost it.”
–Lisa Arie, Founder, Vista Caballo
Hosted by the Dallas Institute
Harmonic Breathwork is an ancient breathing technique set to music that helps to calm the brain, clear the mind and cleanse the nervous system. This awareness has the potential to create a sense of freedom and a shift in perspective. Each class begins with a check-in, a seated pause that gives you a chance to focus in on places in your life where you feel blocked or need clarity. The breathwork is done lying down on your back to a musical playlist designed to reinvigorate you. Class ends with a moment of grounding…and a little piece of chocolate. Bring your own mat, a bottle of water and also bring a blanket as the body cools down during the breathwork.
