2018 DALLAS FESTIVAL OF IDEAS

APRIL 7
9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Venue: Erik Jonsson Library, Downtown Dallas

Since 2015, the Dallas Festival of Ideas has aimed at shaping the city of the future by igniting, uniting, and energizing the people of Dallas through the power of ideas. The theme of the 2018 Festival is “The Connected City,” through which we hope to spark ideas that will help all parts of the city become connected: physically and digitally, economically, educationally, medically, and culturally.

Nationally known keynote speakers and locally prominent panelists will present and discuss ideas across four “city tracks”: the Educated City, the Healthy City, the Inclusive City, and the Physical City.

And in a repeat of last year’s partnership with the Dallas Public Library, the Dallas Festival of Ideas will be co-located with the Dallas Book Festival, this year in the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library downtown.
